September 1,2012 To every NGAUS member, our partners and many other supporters: As I approach the end of my term as chairman of the board of the National Guard Association of the United States, I want to take the opportunity to thank you for your support. It has been my honor and privilege to have served you and our organization, and to have helped shape the direction of our National Guard at such a remarkable time in our history. Together we set a course that has resulted in some of the farthest reaching and most monumental gains ever achieved by our National Guard. Our collcctivc efforts have produced outstanding results, and the men and women we are privileged to represent arc better equipped and trained than ever before. Wow! What a ride!
